Nirmadin will advise that Abbadon has recently closed off the bazaar to incoming visitors. Instead, it has moved, locked down, and sits inside his fortress.
He has hidden his fortress inbetween the layers of Hell, completely unreachable...
But... he has a long lost friend who could help. He explains that someone owes him a favour, which he can call in.
